Tracy and I had begun to search for a home in late January and decided to use a Mortgage Broker that had been recommended to us. We had some credit challenges to overcome so we were apprehensive about our chances to obtain a mortgage for a home that we had come across with our realtor. We were assured that this would be no problem and we proceeded with the process. After four months of broken promises and setbacks we were told that we would not be able to obtain a mortgage with our current credit issues. Frustrated and upset with the home buying process we decided to give it a final try with Dennis Fisher’s company in Springboro. I met with Dennis who assured me that there was nothing that he could not overcome with our situation and proceeded to start this process all over again, very skeptical at this point. Within three weeks of our first meeting, Dennis had financing in place and we closed by the end of the month. Dennis’ staff was with us through every step of the process. They are the most courteous and professional organization we have ever had the pleasure to deal with. Tracy and I would recommend Dennis’ company to anyone interested in purchasing a home. We cannot say enough about Dennis and his staff, they are in our opinion the best of the best in their industry.
